Directive on the procedure of the investigating and sanctioning bodies (Rules of Procedure)

This Directive (Rules of Procedure) governs the procedure for the investigations and sanctioning of violations of the following regulations and their implementing decrees issued by the regulatory bodies of BX Digital AG (Regulations): (1) Rules and Directives relating to the trading facility (trading venue) of BX Digital and their implementing decrees; (2) Admission Rules, Additional Rules and Directives relating to admission to trading and their implementing decrees.
