NOTE: Ondo Global Markets tokens (including Ondo tokenized stocks and Ondo tokenized ETFs) (the “Tokens”) are currently offered and sold in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom solely to qualified investors, and in Switzerland solely to professional clients. However, Ondo Global Markets that shall be admitted to trading on BX Digital will be generally available to investors in Switzerland.
